What to include when you get in touch
- Where you are moving from and to — a rough address on both sides is plenty to start.
- The size of the move: a single item, a couple of rooms, or a whole house.
- Anything bulky or fragile — pianos, wardrobes, mirrors, glass, appliances.
- Access notes: stairs, lifts, narrow returns, or nowhere obvious to park the van.
- A rough date or window if you have one — it is fine if you do not yet.
